Act! CRM – SaaS launched in October 2020 and is the current fully featured cloud based version of Act! CRM hosted by Act!
Act! SaaS CRM will have a number of options and addon packages available depending on the tier chosen. These options will include:

- SMS Messaging Function

Please note that it is NOT possible to have synchronised remote databases with Act! SaaS CRM and customisation is only possible on the top tier.
