If you require troubleshooting services for problems with your Act! database if it is not supported by Swiftpage then call us. We have extensive experience in resolving issues on Act! installations across client server, terminal server, Citrix, remote RDP access and handheld device configurations.
We provide free telephone support to the Administrator of an Act! database for one month from the completion of the installation, this does not cover additional training or issues caused by users.
We are also able to offer additional tailored support packages to meet our individual client needs on a monthly or quarterly basis. This service can be provided on-premise or remotely, subject to remote access being available to the relevant machines.
Swiftpage – Act! Pro Support for Act! Pro
From 1st August 2016 Business Care Support is NOT available for Act! Pro and Swiftpage support offering is via the Act! Pro Support plan:

- Annual contract, paid upfront, auto-renew w/ opt out process

- Pro volume schedule applies
- 5 tickets (incidents) limit / yr.
- Chat, Web ticket, Phone 9 – 5pm (8hrs x 5)
- Available for supported versions (v16 –v18)
- May add at any time (purchase or post-purchase)
- Pro-rated for add-on users (co-terminous end dates)
